This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, track, and handle delivery-related issues for orders placed on Titilio.com.
By placing an order on Titilio.com, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
1. U.S. SHIPPING ONLY
Titilio.com currently sells and ships only within the United States of America.
We do not currently sell or ship to other countries.
Orders placed for delivery outside the United States may be canceled, refused, or disqualified from fulfillment.
Only eligible U.S. orders qualify for processing, shipping, and delivery.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is successfully completed.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, fulfillment partner timelines, payment review, holidays, weekends, weather events, or other operational factors.
Orders are generally processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.
Receiving an order confirmation email does not mean the order has shipped. It means your order has been received and is being prepared for processing.
3. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Shipping timeframes shown at checkout, on product pages, or in order communications are estimates only.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, product availability, fulfillment location, weather, holidays, carrier delays, address accuracy, and other factors outside our control.
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the estimated timeframe provided.
If no specific shipping timeframe is provided, we will follow applicable law regarding order shipment, delay notices, cancellations, and refunds.
4. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs may vary based on:
Order value.
Product type.
Package weight.
Delivery location.
Shipping method.
Carrier availability.
Promotions or free shipping offers.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue was caused by Titilio.com.
5. FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
Titilio.com may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Free shipping offers may be limited to specific products, order values, locations, promotional periods, or customer groups.
Free shipping offers may be changed, restricted, or removed at any time without notice.
6. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the shipping label is created.
A tracking number may show as “label created,” “pre-shipment,” or similar status before the carrier physically scans the package.
Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may not always update in real time.
7. CARRIER DELAYS
Titilio.com is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
Carrier delays may happen due to:
Weather.
Holidays.
High shipping volume.
Carrier staffing issues.
Transportation disruptions.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Security checks.
Natural disasters.
System outages.
Delivery access issues.
Other circumstances outside our control.
We will do our best to help customers review delivery issues, but final delivery timing is controlled by the carrier once the package is in transit.
8. DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If we become aware that we cannot ship your order within the expected timeframe, we may contact you with updated information.
When required by applicable law, we may give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel the order for a refund.
If we determine that we cannot fulfill your order, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund according to our policies.
9. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
Titilio.com is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
10. RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, unclaimed package, or inability to deliver, we may offer one of the following options when available:
Reshipment at the customer’s expense.
Refund minus shipping, handling, processing, and any applicable costs.
Store credit, when appropriate.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue was caused by Titilio.com.
11. LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, missing, or has not moved for an extended period, please contact the shipping carrier first for the most current information.

We will do our best to help review the situation, but Titilio.com is not responsible for carrier errors, lost packages in carrier possession, or delivery issues outside our control.
12. PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check:
Your mailbox.
Front door.
Porch.
Garage.
Side entrance.
Building office.
Reception area.
Mailroom.
Locker.
Neighbors.
Household members.
Local carrier office.
Titilio.com is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
However, we will do our best to help you review the issue.
Customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure delivery location.
13. STOLEN PACKAGES
Titilio.com is not responsible for stolen packages after the carrier marks the order as delivered.
If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier and, when appropriate, your local authorities.
We recommend shipping orders to a secure location where packages can be received safely.
14. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Your full name.
Order number.
Email used for the order.
Clear photos of the product.
Clear photos of the packaging.
Clear photos of the shipping label.
A short explanation of the issue.
We will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution according to our Return & Refund Policy.
15. INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive the wrong item or believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, photos of the package, photos of the items received, and a short explanation of the issue.
We will review the issue and help according to our policies.
16. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability, fulfillment location, supplier processing, or carrier requirements.
If your order arrives in separate shipments, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
17. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability may change after an order is placed.
If an item becomes unavailable, out of stock, discontinued, delayed, or unable to be fulfilled, Titilio.com may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund for the unavailable item.
We may also contact you with available options when appropriate.
18. PRE-ORDERS AND BACKORDERS
If Titilio.com offers a pre-order or backorder product, the estimated shipping timeframe will be communicated when available.
Estimated dates are not guaranteed and may change due to manufacturing, supplier, fulfillment, inventory, or carrier delays.
If a pre-order or backorder is delayed, we may contact you with updated information and available options when required.
19. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on product type, carrier rules, fulfillment partner limitations, state regulations, address type, or delivery location.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict shipment of any order that cannot be shipped legally, safely, or reliably.
20. P.O. BOXES, APO/FPO, AND SPECIAL ADDRESSES
Some carriers or fulfillment partners may not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military addresses, freight forwarders, hotels, temporary addresses, or certain restricted locations.
If your address cannot be serviced, your order may be delayed, canceled, or refunded.
21. FREIGHT FORWARDERS AND PACKAGE FORWARDING
Titilio.com does not guarantee delivery to freight forwarders, package forwarding services, reshipping companies, hotels, temporary addresses, or third-party shipping locations.
If you choose to ship to a forwarding service, you do so at your own risk.
Titilio.com is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, refused, confiscated, or undeliverable packages after delivery to a forwarding address or third-party receiving location.
Orders connected to unauthorized international forwarding may be canceled or disqualified from support, replacement, refund, or commission eligibility.
22. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Titilio.com does not currently ship internationally.
We do not currently support international delivery, customs processing, import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or international returns.
Any customer who attempts to forward products outside the United States does so at their own risk.
Titilio.com is not responsible for customs issues, import restrictions, foreign regulations, international delivery failures, or products forwarded outside the United States.
23. TAXES AND DUTIES
For eligible U.S. orders, applicable taxes may be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Because we do not ship internationally, Titilio.com does not collect or manage international customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or foreign delivery fees.
24. ORDER CANCELLATIONS BEFORE SHIPMENT
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at:

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
If the order has already shipped, it will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
25. SHIPPING AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you purchase a subscription product, each recurring order may be processed and shipped according to the subscription schedule, product availability, and shipping method available at the time of renewal.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel, refund, or stop an order that has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
Please review our Subscription Policy when applicable.
26. REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING ISSUES
Refunds related to shipping issues are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Shipping fees may not be refundable when:
The order was delivered successfully.
The customer entered an incorrect address.
The package was refused.
The package was unclaimed.
The carrier marked the package as delivered.
The package was forwarded outside the United States.
The delivery issue was outside Titilio.com’s control.
27. FRAUD PREVENTION AND ORDER REVIEW
Some orders may be delayed or canceled due to fraud prevention, payment review, address verification, risk analysis, or suspicious activity.
Titilio.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or review any order for security, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, or compliance reasons.
