RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. U.S. ORDERS ONLY

Titilio.com currently sells and ships only within the United States of America.

We do not currently sell or ship to other countries.

Orders placed for delivery outside the United States may be canceled or disqualified from fulfillment.

2. RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused.
Unopened.
In the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
With all seals, labels, and protective packaging intact.

Because we sell wellness, supplement, beauty, personal care, food, beverage, and lifestyle products, opened or used products may not be eligible for return for safety, hygiene, and quality reasons.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Opened supplements.
Opened beauty or personal care products.
Used products.
Products with broken seals.
Products without original packaging.
Perishable products.

Final sale items.
Promotional items marked as non-returnable.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Do not send products back without first receiving return instructions from Titilio.com.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Titilio.com, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by Titilio.com.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products.

Titilio.com is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

6. REFUND APPROVAL

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

7. PARTIAL REFUNDS

Titilio.com may issue a partial refund when appropriate, including but not limited to situations where:

The item is returned damaged.
The original packaging is missing or damaged.
The product is not in its original condition.
Only part of the order is returned.
The return does not fully meet our return requirements.
A discount, promotion, or bundle was used at the time of purchase.

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us review the issue, please provide:

Clear photos of the product.
Clear photos of the packaging.
Clear photos of the shipping label.
A short explanation of the issue.

We will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

9. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:

Your mailbox.
Front door.
Porch.
Building office.
Reception area.
Mailroom.
Neighbors.
Household members.
Local carrier office.

Titilio.com is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

However, we will do our best to help you review the situation.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

10. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

Titilio.com is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or inability to deliver, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense or issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs, when applicable.

11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

If the order has already shipped, it will be handled under our return policy.

12. OUT-OF-STOCK OR UNAVAILABLE ITEMS

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, Titilio.com may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund for the unavailable item.

We may also contact you with available options when appropriate.

13. SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping times may vary due to fulfillment volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, inventory availability, or circumstances outside our control.

If we are unable to ship an order within the expected timeframe, we may contact you with updated information or cancel and refund the unshipped item when required.

14. SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you purchase a subscription product, subscription cancellations, renewals, billing, and refund eligibility are handled according to the subscription terms shown at checkout and our Subscription Policy when applicable.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

15. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Titilio.com reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide order records, tracking information, communication history, delivery confirmation, and policy information to payment processors or financial institutions.

Fraudulent disputes, false claims, or abuse of the refund process may result in account restriction, order cancellation, or refusal of future service.

16. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND BUNDLES

Refunds for orders purchased with discounts, coupon codes, affiliate codes, promotions, bundles, or special offers will be calculated based on the amount actually paid by the customer.

If part of a bundle is returned, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the value of the items kept by the customer.

Shipping, handling, and promotional adjustments may not be refundable.

17. FINAL SALE ITEMS

Some products may be marked as final sale.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by law.
