AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions apply to the Titilio.com Affiliate Program, also operating under Titilio Life Labs (“Titilio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By applying to, joining, or participating in the Titilio.com Affiliate Program, including through Shopify Collabs or any other approved affiliate platform, you agree to follow these Affiliate Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Affiliate Compliance Policy, and all other policies posted on Titilio.com.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not apply to or participate in the Titilio.com Affiliate Program.
1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Titilio.com Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates, creators, influencers, publishers, marketers, and partners to earn commissions by promoting eligible Titilio.com products through approved affiliate links, coupon codes, or tracking methods.
Participation in the program is a privilege, not a right.
Titilio.com reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, remove, or terminate any affiliate at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
2. AFFILIATE APPROVAL
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the affiliate program.
We may approve or reject applications based on factors including, but not limited to:
Brand fit.
Audience quality.
Promotional methods.
Website or social media content.
Past marketing behavior.
Compliance risk.
Reputation.
Fraud risk.
Geographic targeting.
Product category alignment.
Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during application and throughout participation in the program.
3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Approved affiliates earn a 20% commission on eligible net sales generated through their approved affiliate link, coupon code, or approved tracking method.
Eligible net sales are calculated based on the product subtotal actually paid by the customer after discounts and promotions.
Commissions are not paid on:
Taxes.
Shipping fees.
Gift cards.
Refunds.
Returns.
Cancellations.
Chargebacks.
Fraudulent orders.
Duplicate orders.
Self-referrals.
Test orders.
Declined payments.
Unauthorized orders.
Orders outside the United States.
Orders that violate these terms.
Orders connected to prohibited marketing methods.
Titilio.com reserves the sole right to determine whether a sale is eligible for commission.
4. NEW CUSTOMER BONUS
Affiliates may earn an additional 10% bonus commission on approved first-time customer orders.
A “new customer” means a customer who has never purchased from Titilio.com before and is not already present in our customer database, CRM, email list, SMS list, previous order history, customer records, affiliate ecosystem, or internal marketing database.
This bonus applies only to approved new customer orders.
Titilio.com reserves the sole right to determine whether an order qualifies as a new customer sale.
5. CUSTOMER DISCOUNT CODE
Approved affiliates may receive a 10% customer discount code to share with their audience.
Affiliates may use this discount code in approved promotions, content, videos, posts, emails, social media, and offers.
Affiliates may not:
Misrepresent the discount.
Create fake urgency.
Claim the discount is exclusive unless approved in writing.
Combine the code with unauthorized promotions.
Publish fake coupon codes.
Publish expired coupon codes.
Advertise misleading discounts.
Use the code in prohibited marketing methods.
Titilio.com reserves the right to modify, disable, restrict, or remove any affiliate discount code at any time.
6. TIER 2 PARTNER REFERRAL BONUS
Approved affiliates may invite new affiliates to apply to the Titilio.com Affiliate Program.
If a referred affiliate is approved by Titilio.com and generates eligible sales, the referring affiliate may earn a Tier 2 Partner Referral Bonus equal to 10% of the approved commission earned by the directly referred affiliate.
This bonus is calculated from the referred affiliate’s approved commission amount, not from the total order value.
Example:
If a referred affiliate earns $20 in approved commission, the referring affiliate may earn $2 as a Tier 2 Partner Referral Bonus.
This is not a multi-level compensation plan.
The Tier 2 Partner Referral Bonus applies only to directly referred, approved affiliates and only to approved commissions.
Titilio.com reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, remove, or modify any affiliate referral relationship at any time.
7. COOKIE WINDOW
The affiliate cookie window is 30 days.
Commissions are credited only when tracking is properly recorded through the approved affiliate link, coupon code, or affiliate tracking system.
Titilio.com is not responsible for missed commissions caused by:
Broken links.
Deleted cookies.
Browser settings.
Ad blockers.
Incorrect link usage.
Platform tracking limitations.
Customer device settings.
Customer actions that prevent tracking.
Technical issues outside our control.
If multiple affiliates are connected to the same customer or order, commission attribution will be determined by the affiliate platform, tracking system, coupon code usage, or Titilio.com’s internal review.
8. PAYOUT TIMING
Commissions are reviewed and paid after a 45-day holding period.
This holding period exists to protect Titilio.com against:
Refunds.
Returns.
Cancellations.
Chargebacks.
Fraud.
Payment disputes.
Shipping issues.
Compliance violations.
Suspicious traffic.
Abuse of the affiliate program.
Orders refunded, canceled, charged back, flagged as fraudulent, or found to violate these terms are not eligible for commission.
9. PAYMENT METHOD
Commission payments are made through Wise Business Account when available.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information, including:
Legal name.
Email address.
Wise account details.
Business information, if applicable.
Tax information, if required.
Identity verification information, if required.
Any other payment information requested by Titilio.com or the affiliate platform.
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, bank fees, and local compliance requirements related to receiving commission payments.
Titilio.com may delay, withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions connected to suspicious activity, fraud, policy violations, chargebacks, refund abuse, or non-compliant promotion.
10. U.S. SALES ONLY
Titilio.com currently sells and ships only within the United States of America.
Only eligible U.S. orders qualify for commission.
Affiliates may not advertise Titilio.com products as available for international shipping unless Titilio.com gives written approval.
Orders placed outside the United States, shipped outside the United States, or created through unauthorized forwarding methods may be disqualified from commission.
11. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES
Affiliates are responsible for promoting Titilio.com honestly, legally, transparently, and professionally.
Affiliates must:
Use approved links and coupon codes correctly.
Keep promotional claims truthful.
Follow all applicable laws and platform rules.
Use proper affiliate disclosures.
Protect the Titilio.com brand.
Avoid misleading advertising.
Follow health and supplement claim restrictions.
Respect customer privacy.
Avoid spam or deceptive tactics.
Review all program updates and policies.
Affiliates are responsible for all content they create, publish, distribute, advertise, or outsource.
12. FTC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Titilio.com whenever promoting our products.
Disclosure must be clear, visible, easy to understand, and placed before or near the affiliate link, coupon code, recommendation, review, caption, video description, landing page, email, SMS, post, or ad.
Acceptable disclosure examples include:
“Ad”
“Paid partnership”
“I earn a commission from qualifying purchases”
“This post contains a paid affiliate link”
“As a Titilio.com affiliate, I may earn a commission”
Disclosure must not be hidden in hashtags, buried at the bottom of a page, placed only in a profile bio, hidden behind a “read more” button, or written in a confusing way.
13. TRUTHFUL MARKETING ONLY
Affiliates may not make false, exaggerated, deceptive, misleading, or unsupported claims about Titilio.com, our products, our ingredients, our benefits, our customers, or our company.
All marketing must be truthful, accurate, and based on real information.
Affiliates may not create or use:
Fake testimonials.
Fake reviews.
Fake screenshots.
Fake before-and-after images.
Fake customer stories.
Fake medical endorsements.
Fake news articles.
Fake podcast clips.
Fake interviews.
Fake social proof.
Fake awards.
Fake media mentions.
Fake scientific results.
Fake doctor recommendations.
Fake government alerts.
Fake clinical proof.
If a claim is not true, documented, and approved, it cannot be used.
14. HEALTH, WELLNESS, AND SUPPLEMENT CLAIM RULES
Affiliates may not claim that Titilio Life Labs products diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, reverse, or eliminate any disease, medical condition, disorder, infection, deficiency, or clinical problem.
Prohibited claims include, but are not limited to:
“Cures anxiety.”
“Treats depression.”
“Reverses diabetes.”
“Prevents cancer.”
“Heals leaky gut.”
“Cures insomnia.”
“Melts fat.”
“Guaranteed weight loss.”
“Replaces medication.”
“Works better than prescription drugs.”
“Doctor-approved cure.”
“FDA-approved supplement.”
“Clinically proven to cure.”
“Permanent fat loss.”
“Fixes hormones.”
“Reverses aging.”
“Stops inflammation.”
“Treats arthritis.”
“Cures gut disease.”
“Lowers blood pressure.”
“Replaces Ozempic.”
“Works like a prescription drug.”
Affiliates may only use compliant wellness language approved by Titilio.com, such as support for general wellness, daily routine, hydration, digestion, energy, calm, recovery, beauty, or performance, where appropriate and substantiated.
Affiliates must not give medical advice.
Affiliates must not tell customers to stop, change, replace, or avoid medication, medical treatment, professional care, or advice from a healthcare provider.
15. NO FAKE NEWS OR MISLEADING ADVERTORIALS
Affiliates may not create or use fake news-style pages, fake doctor reports, fake celebrity interviews, fake TV segments, fake government alerts, fake scientific reports, fake magazine articles, fake “breaking news” pages, or misleading advertorials that make consumers believe the content is independent journalism.
Affiliates may not use logos, names, layouts, or visual styles from CNN, Fox News, NBC, ABC, CBS, Forbes, Harvard, Mayo Clinic, WebMD, FDA, FTC, Google, Meta, Amazon, or any other third party unless they have documented written permission and Titilio.com has approved it in writing.
Affiliates may not imply that Titilio.com has been featured, endorsed, approved, investigated, tested, or recommended by a media company, government agency, medical institution, university, celebrity, influencer, doctor, or public figure unless Titilio.com confirms that claim in writing.
16. NO CELEBRITY OR PUBLIC FIGURE IMPERSONATION
Affiliates may not use the name, image, likeness, voice, video, face, identity, reputation, or recognizable characteristics of any celebrity, influencer, athlete, doctor, politician, public figure, TV personality, journalist, podcaster, or well-known person without documented written permission and written approval from Titilio.com.
This includes:
AI-generated images.
AI voice cloning.
AI lip-sync videos.
Deepfakes.
Face swaps.
Manipulated interviews.
Fake endorsements.
Fake testimonials.
Fake podcast clips.
Fake news clips.
Fake social media screenshots.
Fake “doctor reacts” videos.
Fake celebrity recommendation videos.
Affiliates may not suggest that a public figure uses, recommends, discovered, created, approves, or endorses Titilio.com products without documented written permission and written approval from Titilio.com.
17. NO AI DEEPFAKES OR MANIPULATED MEDIA
Affiliates may not use artificial intelligence to create deceptive, misleading, manipulated, or fake content.
Prohibited AI content includes:
AI-generated fake testimonials.
AI-generated fake doctors.
AI-generated fake customers.
AI-generated fake celebrities.
AI-generated fake influencers.
AI-generated fake medical experts.
Deepfake videos.
Voice cloning.
Lip-sync impersonations.
Fake podcast clips.
Fake TV interviews.
Fake screenshots.
Fake review pages.
Fake medical results.
Fake scientific documents.
Fake before-and-after transformations.
AI tools may be used only for lawful, truthful, non-deceptive content creation.
Affiliates are fully responsible for all AI-generated content they create, publish, or distribute.
18. PAID ADS POLICY
Affiliates may not run paid ads using Titilio.com’s brand name, trademarks, product names, domain names, or confusingly similar terms without written approval.
Affiliates may not bid on:
Titilio.
Titilio.com.
Titilio Life Labs.
Titilio supplements.
Titilio discount.
Titilio coupon.
Titilio promo code.
Titilio review.
Misspellings or variations of Titilio.
Affiliates may not create ads that appear to be official Titilio.com ads unless approved in writing.
Affiliates may not direct-link paid ads to Titilio.com without written approval.
Paid traffic pages, bridge pages, pre-sell pages, advertorials, quizzes, VSL pages, landing pages, funnels, emails, scripts, creatives, and ad campaigns must be approved by Titilio.com before launch if they use paid traffic.
19. BRAND PROTECTION
Affiliates may not register, buy, or use domain names, social handles, ad accounts, pages, groups, usernames, apps, websites, email addresses, or business names containing:
Titilio.
Titilio.com.
Titilio Life Labs.
Any confusingly similar name.
Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, owners, customer support, doctors, medical representatives, brand spokespeople, or official representatives of Titilio.com.
Affiliates may not modify Titilio.com logos, product images, product labels, packaging, brand assets, or official materials unless approved in writing.
20. EMAIL, SMS, AND SPAM RULES
Affiliates may not use spam, scraped lists, purchased lists, unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited SMS, robocalls, fake opt-ins, misleading sender names, or deceptive subject lines.
All email and SMS marketing must comply with applicable laws, including consent, unsubscribe options, sender identification, privacy requirements, and anti-spam rules.
Affiliates may not send messages that appear to come directly from Titilio.com unless approved in writing.
21. COUPON, CASHBACK, AND DEAL SITE RULES
Affiliates may not post unauthorized coupon codes, fake coupons, expired coupons, fake discounts, or misleading “exclusive” offers.
Coupon sites, cashback sites, browser extensions, toolbar traffic, loyalty apps, and deal aggregators require written approval before participation.
Titilio.com may reverse commissions from coupon abuse, last-second coupon interception, checkout hijacking, unauthorized coupon distribution, or traffic that did not introduce a real new customer.
22. SELF-REFERRALS AND FRAUD
Self-referrals are prohibited.
Affiliates may not earn commission on their own purchases, purchases by immediate household members, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, test orders, stolen payment methods, fraudulent orders, or orders created primarily to generate commission.
Affiliates may not use bots, fake traffic, fake clicks, fake leads, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden links, malware, browser extensions, unauthorized redirects, automated traffic, or deceptive tracking methods.
Titilio.com may cancel commissions and remove affiliates for suspicious conversion patterns, abnormal refund rates, chargebacks, bot traffic, fake leads, incentive abuse, or behavior that damages the brand.
23. CONTENT APPROVAL
Titilio.com reserves the right to require pre-approval of any affiliate content, including:
Ads.
Landing pages.
Advertorials.
VSLs.
Videos.
Scripts.
Images.
Emails.
SMS campaigns.
Influencer posts.
Claims.
Funnels.
Creatives.
Product comparison pages.
Review pages.
Social media content.
Paid media campaigns.
Titilio.com may request edits or immediate removal of any content at any time.
Failure to edit or remove non-compliant content may result in commission cancellation and affiliate termination.
24. PROHIBITED MARKETING METHODS
Affiliates may not use:
Fake news pages.
Fake celebrity endorsements.
Fake doctor endorsements.
Fake government approvals.
Fake FDA approval claims.
Fake scientific claims.
Fake testimonials.
Fake reviews.
Fake before-and-after photos.
Deepfakes.
Voice cloning.
AI impersonation.
Unauthorized public figure images.
Misleading advertorials.
Misleading VSLs.
Scare tactics based on false information.
Fake scarcity.
Fake countdown timers.
Unauthorized medical claims.
Trademark bidding.
Spam.
Fraudulent traffic.
Cookie stuffing.
Checkout hijacking.
Misleading redirects.
Unauthorized coupon distribution.
Illegal data collection.
Misrepresentation of Titilio.com.
Any content that could harm the Titilio.com brand.
25. PRIVACY AND CUSTOMER DATA
Affiliates may not collect, store, sell, share, misuse, or exploit customer data obtained through Titilio.com promotions.
Affiliates may not impersonate Titilio.com customer support.
Affiliates may not contact Titilio.com customers unless those customers opted in directly to the affiliate’s own compliant marketing list.
Affiliates must follow all applicable privacy laws and data protection rules.
26. COMMISSION REVERSALS
Commissions may be reversed, canceled, delayed, or withheld for reasons including, but not limited to:
Refunded orders.
Returned orders.
Canceled orders.
Chargebacks.
Fraudulent orders.
Self-referrals.
Duplicate orders.
Invalid tracking.
Coupon abuse.
Policy violations.
Misleading advertising.
Fake claims.
Unauthorized paid ads.
Orders outside the United States.
Suspicious traffic.
Non-compliant content.
Violation of these terms.
27. TERMINATION
Titilio.com may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate at any time.
Violation of these terms may result in:
Commission cancellation.
Payment withholding.
Removal from the affiliate program.
Loss of discount codes.
Loss of referral bonuses.
Permanent ban from the program.
Legal action if brand damage, fraud, unlawful conduct, or financial loss occurs.
28. PROGRAM CHANGES
Titilio.com may change, pause, update, restrict, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time.
This may include changes to:
Commission rates.
Bonus structure.
Cookie window.
Payout timing.
Payment methods.
Approved products.
Discount codes.
Program requirements.
Compliance rules.
Affiliate eligibility.
Continued participation in the program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
29. FINAL AUTHORITY
Titilio.com has final authority to determine:
Affiliate approval.
Commission eligibility.
New customer qualification.
Payout approval.
Policy violations.
Fraud review.
Content approval.
Program participation.
Referral bonus eligibility.
Termination decisions.
