This Affiliate Compliance Policy applies to all affiliates, creators, influencers, publishers, advertisers, marketers, agencies, partners, contractors, and third parties who promote Titilio.com, also operating as Titilio Life Labs (“Titilio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By applying to, joining, or participating in the Titilio.com Affiliate Program, including through Shopify Collabs or any other approved affiliate platform, you agree to follow this Affiliate Compliance Policy, our Affiliate Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Health & Supplement Disclaimer, and all other policies posted on Titilio.com.
This policy exists to protect customers, protect the Titilio.com brand, protect our payment partners, protect our advertising accounts, and ensure all promotions are truthful, transparent, compliant, and professional.
1. COMPLIANCE IS REQUIRED
All affiliates must promote Titilio.com honestly, legally, transparently, and responsibly.
Affiliates are responsible for every piece of content they create, publish, distribute, advertise, outsource, edit, or approve.
This includes:
Social media posts.
Videos.
Short-form videos.
Reels.
TikToks.
YouTube Shorts.
YouTube videos.
Ads.
Landing pages.
Advertorials.
VSLs.
Emails.
SMS campaigns.
Blog posts.
Review pages.
Comparison pages.
Creator content.
Influencer content.
Paid media campaigns.
Organic content.
AI-generated content.
Any other promotional material.
Affiliates must follow all applicable laws, platform rules, advertising standards, privacy rules, FTC disclosure requirements, supplement claim rules, and Titilio.com brand guidelines.
2. TRUTHFUL MARKETING ONLY
Affiliates may not make false, exaggerated, deceptive, misleading, or unsupported claims about Titilio.com, Titilio Life Labs, our products, our ingredients, our benefits, our customers, our brand, or our company.
All claims must be truthful, accurate, compliant, and based on real information.
If a claim is not true, documented, approved, and compliant, it cannot be used.
Affiliates may not create or use:
Fake testimonials.
Fake reviews.
Fake screenshots.
Fake customer stories.
Fake before-and-after images.
Fake medical endorsements.
Fake doctor recommendations.
Fake celebrity endorsements.
Fake influencer endorsements.
Fake scientific results.
Fake clinical proof.
Fake awards.
Fake media mentions.
Fake news articles.
Fake podcast clips.
Fake interviews.
Fake government alerts.
Fake FDA approval claims.
Fake social proof.
Fake customer messages.
Fake earnings claims.
Fake scarcity.
Fake countdown timers.
Fake product results.
3. REQUIRED AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Titilio.com whenever promoting our products.
Disclosures must be clear, visible, easy to understand, and placed before or near the affiliate link, coupon code, product recommendation, review, post, caption, video description, email, SMS, landing page, or ad.
Acceptable disclosure examples include:
“Ad”
“Paid partnership”
“I earn a commission from qualifying purchases”
“This post contains a paid affiliate link”
“As a Titilio.com affiliate, I may earn a commission”
Disclosures must not be hidden, unclear, buried, or difficult for customers to notice.
Affiliates may not place the disclosure only in:
A profile bio.
A footer.
A terms page.
A hashtag list.
The bottom of a long page.
A hidden section.
A “read more” area where users may not see it.
Tiny text.
Unclear wording.
Customers must be able to understand that the affiliate may earn compensation from the recommendation.
4. HEALTH, WELLNESS, AND SUPPLEMENT CLAIM RULES
Affiliates may not claim that Titilio Life Labs products diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, reverse, or eliminate any disease, disorder, infection, deficiency, medical condition, or clinical problem.
Prohibited claims include, but are not limited to:
“Cures anxiety.”
“Treats depression.”
“Reverses diabetes.”
“Prevents cancer.”
“Heals leaky gut.”
“Cures insomnia.”
“Melts fat.”
“Guaranteed weight loss.”
“Replaces medication.”
“Works better than prescription drugs.”
“Doctor-approved cure.”
“FDA-approved supplement.”
“Clinically proven to cure.”
“Permanent fat loss.”
“Fixes hormones.”
“Reverses aging.”
“Stops inflammation.”
“Treats arthritis.”
“Cures gut disease.”
“Lowers blood pressure.”
“Replaces Ozempic.”
“Works like a prescription drug.”

“Prevents disease.”

Affiliates may only use compliant wellness language approved by Titilio.com, such as support for general wellness, daily routine, hydration, digestion, beauty, calm, recovery, energy, performance, or lifestyle support, where appropriate.
Affiliates may not give medical advice.
Affiliates may not tell customers to stop, change, reduce, replace, or avoid medication, medical care, professional treatment, or advice from a healthcare provider.
5. REQUIRED SUPPLEMENT DISCLAIMER
When affiliates make approved wellness-related claims about Titilio Life Labs supplement products, they must use appropriate disclaimer language where required.
Approved disclaimer language:
“These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”
Affiliates may not alter this disclaimer in a way that changes its meaning.
6. NO FDA-APPROVAL MISREPRESENTATION
Affiliates may not claim or imply that Titilio Life Labs supplements are FDA-approved.
Affiliates may not use FDA logos, government logos, official-looking seals, fake certifications, fake compliance badges, or any language that suggests government approval unless Titilio.com provides written approval and documented authorization.
Prohibited examples include:
“FDA approved.”
“FDA certified.”
“FDA verified.”
“Government approved.”
“Clinically approved by the FDA.”
“Recommended by the FDA.”
“Official FDA supplement.”
“FDA-backed formula.”
7. NO FAKE NEWS OR MISLEADING ADVERTORIALS
Affiliates may not create or use fake news-style pages, fake news articles, fake doctor reports, fake celebrity interviews, fake TV segments, fake government alerts, fake scientific reports, fake magazine pages, fake “breaking news” pages, or misleading advertorials that make customers believe the content is independent journalism.
Affiliates may not use logos, layouts, names, colors, page structures, or visual styles from third-party media companies, institutions, government agencies, universities, or medical organizations without documented written permission and written approval from Titilio.com.
This includes, but is not limited to:
CNN.
Fox News.
NBC.
ABC.
CBS.
Forbes.
Harvard.
Mayo Clinic.
WebMD.
FDA.
FTC.
Google.
Meta.
Amazon.
Any newspaper.
Any magazine.
Any government agency.
Any hospital or clinic.
Any university.
Any doctor group.
Affiliates may not imply that Titilio.com has been featured, endorsed, approved, investigated, tested, recommended, or validated by a media company, government agency, medical institution, university, celebrity, doctor, influencer, or public figure unless Titilio.com confirms that claim in writing.
8. NO CELEBRITY OR PUBLIC FIGURE IMPERSONATION
Affiliates may not use the name, image, likeness, voice, face, video, identity, reputation, or recognizable characteristics of any celebrity, influencer, athlete, doctor, politician, journalist, TV personality, podcaster, public figure, or well-known person without documented written permission and written approval from Titilio.com.
This includes:
AI-generated images.
AI voice cloning.
AI lip-sync videos.
Deepfakes.
Face swaps.
Manipulated interviews.
Fake endorsements.
Fake testimonials.
Fake podcast clips.
Fake news clips.
Fake social media screenshots.
Fake “doctor reacts” videos.
Fake celebrity recommendation videos.
Fake celebrity product reviews.
Fake public figure quotes.
Fake public figure screenshots.
Affiliates may not suggest that a public figure uses, recommends, discovered, created, approves, or endorses Titilio.com products without documented written permission and written approval from Titilio.com.
Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination and cancellation of unpaid commissions.
9. NO AI DEEPFAKES OR MANIPULATED MEDIA
Affiliates may not use artificial intelligence to create deceptive, misleading, manipulated, or fake content.
Prohibited AI content includes:
AI-generated fake testimonials.
AI-generated fake doctors.
AI-generated fake customers.
AI-generated fake celebrities.
AI-generated fake influencers.
AI-generated fake medical experts.
AI-generated fake news anchors.
AI-generated fake interviews.
AI-generated fake before-and-after images.
Deepfake videos.
Voice cloning.
Lip-sync impersonations.
Fake podcast clips.
Fake TV interviews.
Fake screenshots.
Fake review pages.
Fake medical results.
Fake scientific documents.
Fake lab reports.
Fake customer photos.
Fake social media comments.
Fake proof of purchase.
AI tools may be used only for lawful, truthful, non-deceptive content creation.
Affiliates are fully responsible for all AI-generated content they create, publish, or distribute.
10. NO FAKE REVIEWS OR FAKE TESTIMONIALS
Affiliates may not create, buy, sell, edit, fabricate, manipulate, or distribute fake reviews or fake testimonials.
Affiliates may not:
Write reviews from fake accounts.
Pay for fake reviews.
Use review farms.
Use AI-generated fake reviews.
Invent customer stories.
Use fake screenshots.
Use fake star ratings.
Use fake social proof.
Use fake before-and-after results.
Use customer photos without permission.
Edit testimonials to change the meaning.
Hide material information from testimonials.
Present unusual results as typical.
Any testimonial used in promotional content must reflect a real experience from a real person and must not be misleading.
11. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
Affiliates may not guarantee any specific result from using Titilio Life Labs products.
Affiliates may not guarantee:
Weight loss.
Fat loss.
Body transformation.
Better sleep.
Improved digestion.
More energy.
Reduced anxiety.
Better mood.
Pain relief.
Medical improvement.
Disease improvement.
Beauty transformation.
Skin transformation.
Hair growth.
Hormonal changes.
Detoxification.
Permanent results.
Results within a specific timeframe.
Affiliates may discuss general wellness support only when claims are truthful, compliant, properly qualified, and approved by Titilio.com when required.
12. BEFORE-AND-AFTER CONTENT
Before-and-after content is high-risk and requires written approval from Titilio.com before use.
Affiliates may not use before-and-after images, videos, body transformation claims, weight loss claims, beauty transformation claims, medical transformation claims, lab result claims, or extreme performance claims without written approval.
If approved, before-and-after content must be truthful, real, properly disclosed, not manipulated, not exaggerated, and not presented as guaranteed or typical.
13. PAID ADS POLICY
Affiliates may not run paid ads using Titilio.com’s brand name, trademarks, product names, domain names, or confusingly similar terms without written approval.
Affiliates may not bid on:
Titilio.
Titilio.com.
Titilio Life Labs.
Titilio supplements.
Titilio discount.
Titilio coupon.
Titilio promo code.
Titilio review.
Titilio affiliate.
Misspellings or variations of Titilio.
Affiliates may not create ads that appear to be official Titilio.com ads unless approved in writing.
Affiliates may not direct-link paid ads to Titilio.com without written approval.
Paid traffic pages, bridge pages, pre-sell pages, advertorials, quizzes, VSL pages, landing pages, funnels, emails, scripts, creatives, and ad campaigns must be approved by Titilio.com before launch if they use paid traffic.
14. PLATFORM RULE COMPLIANCE
Affiliates must comply with the rules of every platform they use, including but not limited to:
Meta.
Facebook.
Instagram.
TikTok.
YouTube.
Google.
Pinterest.
X.
Snapchat.
Reddit.
Email platforms.
SMS platforms.
Affiliate networks.
Ad networks.
Creator marketplaces.
Ecommerce platforms.
Payment platforms.
If a platform rejects, flags, restricts, removes, or bans content, the affiliate must stop using that content immediately.
Titilio.com may require removal of any content at any time.
Failure to remove non-compliant content may result in termination and cancellation of unpaid commissions.
15. NO TRADEMARK ABUSE
Affiliates may not register, buy, or use domain names, websites, landing pages, social handles, ad accounts, pages, groups, usernames, email addresses, business names, or apps containing:
Titilio.
Titilio.com.
Titilio Life Labs.
Any confusingly similar name.
Misspellings of Titilio.
Brand variations that could confuse customers.
Affiliates may not impersonate Titilio.com or create pages that appear to be official Titilio.com pages.
16. NO BRAND IMPERSONATION
Affiliates may not represent themselves as:
Employees of Titilio.com.
Owners of Titilio.com.
Official customer support.
Official doctors.
Medical representatives.
Brand spokespeople.
Official company representatives.
Authorized legal representatives.
Official refund support.
Official shipping support.
Affiliates may not communicate with customers in a way that suggests they are Titilio.com customer service unless authorized in writing.
17. EMAIL AND SMS COMPLIANCE
Affiliates may not use spam, scraped lists, purchased lists, unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited SMS, robocalls, fake opt-ins, misleading sender names, or deceptive subject lines.
All email and SMS marketing must comply with applicable laws, including consent, unsubscribe options, sender identification, privacy requirements, and anti-spam rules.
Affiliates may not send emails or SMS messages that appear to come directly from Titilio.com unless approved in writing.
Affiliates must maintain proof of consent for email or SMS contacts when required.
18. COUPON, CASHBACK, AND DEAL SITE COMPLIANCE
Affiliates may not post unauthorized coupon codes, fake coupons, expired coupons, fake discounts, or misleading “exclusive” offers.
Coupon sites, cashback sites, browser extensions, toolbar traffic, loyalty apps, deal aggregators, and similar promotional methods require written approval before participation.
Titilio.com may reverse commissions from:
Coupon abuse.
Last-second coupon interception.
Checkout hijacking.
Unauthorized coupon distribution.
Misleading deal pages.
Fake discount pages.
Traffic that did not introduce a real new customer.
19. NO SELF-REFERRALS
Self-referrals are prohibited.
Affiliates may not earn commissions on:
Their own purchases.
Purchases by immediate household members.
Fake accounts.
Duplicate accounts.
Test orders.
Orders created primarily to generate commission.
Orders using stolen payment methods.
Fraudulent orders.
Orders connected to prohibited tactics.
20. NO FRAUDULENT TRAFFIC OR TRACKING ABUSE
Affiliates may not use:
Bots.
Fake clicks.
Fake leads.
Fake traffic.
Cookie stuffing.
Forced clicks.
Hidden links.
Malware.
Browser extensions.
Unauthorized redirects.
Pop-ups that force tracking.
Automated traffic.
Incentivized clicks without approval.
Click farms.
Misleading redirects.
Tracking manipulation.
Checkout hijacking.
Adware.
Spyware.
Unauthorized software.
Titilio.com may cancel commissions and remove affiliates for suspicious conversion patterns, abnormal refund rates, chargebacks, fake leads, bot traffic, incentive abuse, or behavior that damages the brand.
21. NO MISLEADING SCARCITY OR URGENCY
Affiliates may not create fake urgency, false scarcity, fake countdown timers, fake limited stock warnings, fake closing dates, fake price increase notices, or fake promotion deadlines.
Affiliates may only use urgency or scarcity when it is true, accurate, and approved.
22. NO OFFENSIVE, ILLEGAL, OR HARMFUL CONTENT
Affiliates may not promote Titilio.com through content that is:
Illegal.
Hateful.
Harassing.
Discriminatory.
Sexually explicit.
Violent.
Exploitative.
Defamatory.
Abusive.
Deceptive.
Malicious.
Unsafe.
Targeted at children inappropriately.
Associated with scams.
Associated with illegal products or services.
Damaging to the Titilio.com brand.
23. NO CHILD-TARGETED MARKETING
Affiliates may not target children with Titilio.com promotions.
Titilio Life Labs products are intended for adults and general wellness consumers, not for children.
Affiliates may not create content that encourages children to purchase, use, or request supplements or wellness products.
24. PRIVACY AND CUSTOMER DATA
Affiliates may not collect, store, sell, share, misuse, or exploit customer data obtained through Titilio.com promotions.
Affiliates may not contact Titilio.com customers unless those customers opted in directly to the affiliate’s own compliant marketing list.
Affiliates must follow all applicable privacy laws and data protection rules.
Affiliates may not scrape, export, harvest, or misuse data from Titilio.com, Shopify Collabs, social platforms, email platforms, customer interactions, or affiliate tracking systems.
25. CONTENT APPROVAL RIGHTS
Titilio.com reserves the right to require pre-approval of any affiliate content, including:
Ads.
Landing pages.
Advertorials.
VSLs.
Videos.
Scripts.
Images.
Emails.
SMS campaigns.
Influencer posts.
Claims.
Funnels.
Creatives.
Product comparison pages.
Review pages.
Social media content.
Paid media campaigns.
AI-generated content.
Titilio.com may request edits or immediate removal of any content at any time.
Failure to edit or remove non-compliant content may result in commission cancellation and affiliate termination.
26. CONTENT REMOVAL
If Titilio.com determines that any affiliate content is non-compliant, misleading, harmful, unauthorized, or risky to the brand, the affiliate must remove or edit the content immediately upon request.
Failure to comply may result in:
Commission cancellation.
Payment withholding.
Removal from the affiliate program.
Loss of discount codes.
Loss of referral bonuses.
Permanent ban from the program.
Legal action if brand damage, fraud, unlawful conduct, or financial loss occurs.
27. COMMISSION CANCELLATION FOR COMPLIANCE VIOLATIONS
Titilio.com may cancel, reverse, delay, or withhold commissions connected to:
Misleading advertising.
Fake claims.
Unauthorized health claims.
Fake testimonials.
Fake reviews.
Fake news pages.
Celebrity impersonation.
AI deepfakes.
Unauthorized paid ads.
Trademark abuse.
Coupon abuse.
Fraudulent traffic.
Refund abuse.
Chargebacks.
Orders outside the United States.
Self-referrals.
Platform violations.
Failure to disclose affiliate relationship.
Failure to remove non-compliant content.
Any violation of this policy.
28. MONITORING AND AUDIT RIGHTS
Titilio.com reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity, promotional content, traffic sources, conversion patterns, refund rates, chargebacks, claims, ads, landing pages, and compliance behavior.
Affiliates may be required to provide:
Traffic source information.
Screenshots of ads.
Copies of scripts.
Landing page URLs.
Email samples.
SMS samples.
Content links.
Proof of disclosure.
Proof of permission for testimonials or images.
Proof of consent for email/SMS marketing.
Proof of authorization for any third-party likeness or content.
Failure to cooperate with a compliance review may result in termination and commission cancellation.
29. THIRD-PARTY CONTRACTORS AND AGENCIES
Affiliates are responsible for the actions of any contractors, agencies, media buyers, editors, copywriters, designers, influencers, virtual assistants, AI tools, or third parties they hire or use to promote Titilio.com.
A violation by a contractor or third party may be treated as a violation by the affiliate.
30. FINAL AUTHORITY
Titilio.com has final authority to determine whether affiliate content, claims, traffic, customers, orders, commissions, or promotional methods are compliant.
Titilio.com may interpret, enforce, modify, or update this policy at any time.
31. POLICY UPDATES
Titilio.com may update this Affiliate Compliance Policy from time to time.
When we update it, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.
Continued participation in the affiliate program after updates are posted means you accept the updated policy.
